Cornubia Project:

311m2 - open plan split over 4 levels   4 bed + 2 bath + rumpus + parents retreat + 2 car garage

Ezy Homes designed this lovely family home on a small sloping block in Brisbane.  The steel frame was supplied to the clients' builder in kit home form.  Because the steel frame components are custom manufactured to suit the site, the construction process was fast & ezy - with the house built to completion in good time, and to a lovely level of finish.
   

Airlie Beach Project:

174m2 - open plan split over 3 levels   3 bed + 2 bath + study + multi decks + 2 car carport

 
This project was designed specifically as a turn-key investment home, with a brief of 3-4 bedrooms with covered decks to take in the fantastic ocean views - and built to a specific fixed budget.  The result is a very practical, contemporary design home - that requires minimal site works on a very steep block.

For completion by builder projects like this one, Ezy Homes supplies the steel frame kit home components to our local builder partner, who manages the entire construction process for the client.
  

Maroochy River Project:

344m2 - open plan split over 4 levels   3 bed + 2 bath + rumpus + large decks + 2 car carport

 
This home was designed by the clients to maximise their views from atop their large, steep block, that overlooks the Maroochy River.  Here, the use of split levels has added character the the shape of this large impressive home, as well as helping to reduce the amount of site works and retaining required.

Ezy Homes takes care of the design/drafting, engineering, certification and all of the council paperwork - then supplies our local builder partner with the custom steel frame kit home components.
