From our deep consultive process,
we individually draft your house plans for submission to
your local council.
↓
Once the plans are approved, your building site is
surveyed and an Engineer will mark the footing
locations.
↓
The footings are dug & poured, and the height (RL's) of each footing recorded.
↓
Ezy Homes then computer engineer and custom manufacture
the required building components, to suit your site.
↓
About four weeks later, your steel frame
components are delivered - and you are ready to go!
As shown below, an Ezy Home can be erected in just over
1 week - and built to lock-up stage in an incredible 3-4
weeks.

SITE
PREPARATION |

| Your site is
surveyed and the footings are poured.
The house components can now be custom
manufactured to suit your land - which
takes about 4 weeks once the footings are
poured. |

| Day 1:
FRAME ERECTION |
 |
A crane is used to
erect an entire steel frame - in just
one day! Because the kit is
pre-engineered & pre-drilled, the
components simply bolt together.
Not all homes require a crane to erect. |

| Week 1:
FLOORS & ROOF |
 |
| The flooring and
hardwood decking are laid now, and any
sub floor bracing is installed.
The roof frame is constructed, which
also simply bolts together. |
|
| Week 1:
FRAME KIT STAGE |
 |
Roof sheeting is
laid. Along with the roof insulation,
gutters & flashings are also installed
now.
The frame kit is now complete.

| Week 2:
WALL FRAMING |
 |
| The wall frames are
built (timber is standard, steel wall
frames are an optional extra). The
doors and windows are fitted and the
building is wrapped in sarking - ready
to clad. |
|
| Week 3-4:
CLADDING |
 |
| It’s your choice -
Colourbond, Hardi sheet, weatherboard,
rendered finish - or a combination of
cladding can be used. Use your
imagination to create your own unique
home. |
|
| LOCK-UP
STAGE |
 |
| Now complete to
lock-up stage, the home is ready for
external finishing & internal fit-out.
This is when your electrical & plumbing
work is done. |

| INTERNAL
FITOUT |
 |
Now the house
really takes shape. Flexible floor
plans enable you to transform our plans
into
YOUR home. |

| EXTERNAL
FINISHING |
 |
The home stretch!
