From our deep consultive process we
individually draft your house plans for submission to
local
council. Once the plans are approved, your building
site is surveyed and prepared. We
then computer
engineer and custom manufacture the required building
components.

Your site is surveyed, the footings
are poured, & the house components are
custom manufactured.

A crane is used to erect an entire steel frame - in just one
day! The components simply bolt together.

The flooring and hardwood decking are laid now, and
the sub
floor bracing
is installed.

Wk 6: FRAME KIT STAGE |
Wk 7: WALL FRAMING |
Wk 7-8: CLADDING |

Roofing, insulation, gutters, & flashings are installed. The
frame kit is now complete.

Timber wall frames are built,
then the doors and windows
are
fitted.

It’s your choice -
Colourbond, Hardi sheet,
weatherboard, or
rendered finishes.

Through the development of our steel frame pole home
building system, we are now able to manufacture and
deliver a precise frame kit to suit your specific
site conditions,
virtually anywhere in Australia.
Our unassembled homes can be transported by road,
rail & sea. All of the materials can be packed
into a single standard shipping container. |
